1. Who we are
Layla Coach for Age of Empires IV (“Layla Coach”, “the app”, “we”) is made and sold by [Owner legal name], [Business address], [Country]. Contact: [Contact email]. By creating an account, installing the app or buying a plan you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Layla Coach is a Windows companion for Age of Empires IV that gives audio and on-screen alerts by looking at your screen. The website lets you manage your account, plan, invites and support tickets, and chat with Layla, the in-app assistant.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the trial and Premium features. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
4. Trial, plans and payment
New devices and accounts get a 7-day full trial (+7 days when invited by a friend within the first 3 days). No card is needed for the trial. After the trial the account moves to the Free tier automatically.
Premium is sold as a monthly plan, a yearly plan or a one-time Lifetime plan at the prices shown on the Pricing page in your currency. Online payments are processed by [Payment provider], which acts as the reseller / merchant of record and may add sales tax or VAT where required.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
“Lifetime” means for as long as the app is offered, on all devices linked to your account.
5. Layla AI allowance
Every Premium plan, including Lifetime, includes the standard monthly Layla AI allowance (a number of messages per day and AI usage per month, which may change over time to keep the service sustainable). No plan includes unlimited AI. Extra use is available through optional Layla credit top-ups, which are used only after your plan's allowance runs out.
6. Fair use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or share accounts, abuse the Ask-Layla chat, or try to get around limits or licensing. We may suspend accounts that do, without refund for abusive use.
7. No affiliation
Layla Coach for Age of Empires IV is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Microsoft, Xbox Game Studios, Relic Entertainment or World's Edge. Age of Empires and Age of Empires IV are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; all other trademarks belong to their owners. You are responsible for following the game's own terms of use.
8. No warranty, liability
The app is provided “as is”. Alerts can be missed or wrong; don't rely on them alone. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
9. Ending the service
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give reasonable notice.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country], without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. We may update these terms; we'll note the date at the top and, for big changes, tell you in the app or by email.
11. Referral and partner program
Every account has an invite link and code. A person counts as invited by you only if they sign up through your link, or enter your code within their first 3 days. Once set, the inviter of an account doesn't change, except when we correct an obvious mistake or abuse.
You earn a commission (currently 10% unless we agreed a different rate with you) on payments made by people you invited — the first payment and renewals, unless we agreed a time limit with you. Each commission is held for 14 days (the refund window) before it becomes available. If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled; if it was already paid out, we may deduct it from later commissions.
Regular members receive their commission as free Premium days. Cash partners are chosen by us and receive money by the payout method we agree with them (for example bank transfer or a payment app); payments are made manually and may be grouped. You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.
Inviting yourself or your own devices, fake or duplicate accounts, spam, misleading claims, paid ads that use our name without permission, and promising features we don't offer are not allowed. We may cancel commissions that come from these and remove someone from the program.
We may change the rates, the hold period or the program itself, with notice on this page or in the app; changes don't affect commissions you already earned. Inviters only see the first letters of the names of people they invited, never their emails or payment details.
